Control Cabinet System Overview
VECON 4000 control system cabinet features a fully standardized, modular architecture that eliminates internal wiring and enables plug and play assembly. This design greatly reduces installation effort, shortens cabinet production time, and accelerates equipment delivery.
The main and expansion cabinets include front and rear doors with DIN rail partitions and are configured to house the VECON 4000 controller (main cabinet), a power distribution board, two I/O adapter boards, six I/O branches and network interface devices. This arrangement provides a clean layout, easy maintenance and high installation efficiency.
The single door remote cabinet also uses DIN rail partitions and supports a power distribution board, one I/O adapter board, three I/O branches and network interface devices, offering flexible system expansion.
I/O modules are mounted on modular docking type I/O bases, with each base supporting two modules. Each branch accommodates up to four bases, allowing installation of up to eight I/O modules for scalable configuration.
